Computing mixed traffic equilibrium with electric and gasoline vehicles and application to emission reduction

This work has two main objectives: first to solve a mixed traffic assignment problem (MTAP) in which electrical and gasoline vehicles are observing different costs on the network. Based on the Wardrop equilibrium solution, a bilevel program aiming to determine the optimal tolls in order to reduce the pollution emission, can be studied. Second, we couple this bilevel program to another one that models the electricity market through a demand-response model (DRM) and then interact with the MTAP trough the electricity price.
