The objective of this exploratory work is to propose a customized travel offer using social media data. In particular, we use Twitter data as an example to test our models. The customization of the proposal is based on the user’s interests. To do so, we propose models to build and identify users’ communities following theirs interest by analyzing theirs tweets. We show how travel providers such as airlines or travel agencies can use this information to publish customized travel offers to user or groups of users based on the interests of the identified communities.
